Tennessee is on the shortlist. Trading opens here when enough students are on board.
Plans are spent on blocks and through mobile ordering.
Ordering only switches on at a school once enough students are here to trade with. For Tennessee that means 150 students with a verified school email.
Only a verified school email counts toward that number. A threshold anyone could inflate with throwaway addresses would not mean anything.
